Chelsea defender on Serie A clubs agenda

Chelsea defender Ashley Cole is a summer target for AC Milan according to Talksport. The 31-year-old has without a doubt had one of his worst seasons for Chelsea this season, and with the blues also suffering with managerial problems, the Italian giants could look to capitalise by launching a tasty bid for the full-back.

Cole is a very versatile full-back, who can attack and defend. His pace and ability to get into goalscoring positions have clearly caught the eye of Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri and with the Italian manager likely to receive financial backing in the summer, a big money bid is set to be launched.

Cole is yet another Chelsea veteran who is being linked with a move out of the club, and although it is important to have experienced players in your side, it may finally just be time for some of them to move on.

Although Cole still has the ability to play in the Premier League, a move to Italy may suit him, and when you take into consideration what sort of lifestyle he lives, you feel even more certain that it is a move he would very much like.
